I was able to conveniently and efficiently make an appointment with Ava for hair extensions. I had such a pleasant experience from booking, communication, to my appointment. It was so welcoming, everyone was so friggin nice and you can tell it was genuine.
We discussed some future hair goals and Andrea, their esthetician, also talked about skin care needs too. It was like a two for one! I didn’t leave without pre-booking my next appointment and also made an appointment for a skincare treatment for next week. I’ve totally found my place.
