Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you are subject to an early cancellation charge equal to $40. No shows are subject to a charge of 50% of your service total regardless of reason for cancellation.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 7 minutes late you will lose your appointment and are subject to the early cancellation charge as described above. In some cases, we may be able to modify your appointment to avoid this, however, this is always at the discretion of your service provider.
After 3 or more cancellations/reschedules you may be required to pay a 50% deposit up front to hold your appointment at the time of booking.
If you are unhappy for any reason with your service we will work with you to provide a solution such as a re do with your provider. We do not provide refunds on services rendered. We are not able to process returns or refunds on opened products.
In the event that you are found not to be a candidate for your desired treatment, we will work together to create a treatment plan that best suits your needs. This is typically due to health and or lifestyle conditions. Please understand that client safety and health is extremely important to us
The Hive Salon is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal property.
The spa has a strict no-child policy. We love children and understand it can be difficult to arrange child care however the spa room is small and is not a safe space for children due to chemicals and or dangerous equipment. Photos of cute babies are always welcome.
We do not provide refunds on services rendered. We are not able to process returns or refunds on used/opened products.
The spa is a safe space for all genders and ethnicities no exceptions and we ask our guests to provide the same respect.
